3. Website content
The content on this website is provided for general information, inspiration, marketing and communication purposes.
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current or error-free.
We may update, remove or change website content at any time.
4. Services
Rebel More Studio may provide marketing and business consulting services, including brand strategy, creative direction, design, content strategy, website direction, visual identity, campaigns, brand materials, marketing guidance and other brand-building support.
Submitting a form, sending an email or enquiring about a service does not create a client relationship or binding agreement.
A service agreement is only created when both sides confirm the scope, price, timeline and terms in writing. This may happen through email, proposal, invoice, contract or another written confirmation.
5. Service proposals and payments
Service prices, deliverables, timelines and payment terms may be agreed individually for each project.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
project work begins after the agreed payment, deposit or written confirmation is received
prices and timelines may depend on the final scope of work
additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee
late client feedback, missing materials or delayed approvals may affect timelines
unpaid work, drafts, concepts or materials may not be used until payment is completed
Specific payment terms may be included in the relevant proposal, invoice or written agreement.
6. Client materials
If you provide us with text, images, logos, brand materials, product information, account access or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share those materials.
You are responsible for making sure that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
We are not responsible for legal issues caused by materials supplied by you.
7. Intellectual property for services
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all concepts, strategies, designs, drafts, visuals, written materials, templates, files and creative work created by Rebel More Studio remain the intellectual property of Rebel More Studio until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client receives the rights agreed in the relevant proposal, invoice, contract or written agreement.
Drafts, unused concepts, rejected directions, working files, internal process files and preliminary ideas remain the property of Rebel More Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, modify or use our creative work outside the agreed purpose without written permission.
8. Portfolio use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Rebel More Studio may show completed work, project visuals, brand materials, screenshots, mockups or selected results in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations and marketing materials.
If a project is confidential, this should be agreed in writing before the project begins.
9. Boutique shop
Rebel More Studio plans to offer physical and digital products through the website.
Product availability, prices, descriptions, images, shipping options and delivery times may change at any time.
We do our best to present products clearly and accurately, but colours, textures, sizes and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device or browser.
A purchase is confirmed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, payment issue, stock issue, shipping restriction or other valid reason.
10. Prices and taxes
Product and service prices will be shown on the website, checkout, proposal or invoice where relevant.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders unless there was an obvious pricing error.
For physical products shipped outside the European Union, additional duties, import taxes, customs fees or local charges may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
11. Payments
Payments may be processed through the payment provider available at checkout or through another payment method agreed in writing.
We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies and security processes.
If a payment fails, the order or service may not be confirmed.
12. Shipping and delivery
For physical products, Rebel More Studio plans to offer worldwide shipping where possible.
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, postal delays, courier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
13. Digital products
Digital products may include templates, downloads, guides, digital files, creative tools or other digital materials.
Digital products are usually delivered by download link, email, account access or another digital delivery method.
You may use digital products for your own personal or business use, depending on the product description.
Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell, share, copy, redistribute, upload, modify for resale, or claim digital products as your own.
14. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For physical goods, the 14-day withdrawal period usually starts from the day you or a person chosen by you receives the goods.
For services or digital content, the rules may depend on when the service or digital delivery starts and whether you gave express consent for immediate performance or access.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at:
yes@rebelmore.com
Please include your name, order number, email address and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
15. Returns for physical products
If you withdraw from an eligible physical product purchase, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
Products should be returned unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and with original packaging where possible.
Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We may reduce the refund if the product has lost value because it was handled more than necessary to check its nature, features and functioning.
16. Refunds
For eligible withdrawals, refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For physical products, we may wait until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back.
Refunds will usually be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Shipping costs may be refunded only where required by law. Additional costs for premium, express or non-standard delivery options may not be refundable.
17. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to some products or services, including:
products made to your specifications
clearly personalised products
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
digital content that you started downloading or accessing after expressly agreeing to begin immediately and acknowledging that this may affect your withdrawal right
services that have been fully performed, if you expressly agreed for the service to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal may be lost after full performance
other cases where the law allows an exception
This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, incorrectly described or not delivered as agreed.
18. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us at yes@rebelmore.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where relevant.
We will review the issue and offer a solution where required by law. This may include replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate solution.
19. Cancellations for services
Cancellation terms for services may be agreed separately in the relevant proposal, invoice, contract or written agreement.
Unless agreed otherwise, payments made for booked time, strategy work, consulting, research, planning, creative direction, design development, content strategy or other already-started work may be non-refundable.
If a client cancels a project, the client may still be responsible for work completed, time reserved, third-party costs, materials purchased or other costs already incurred.
If you are a consumer who booked at a distance, your 14 day right of withdrawal still applies. If you asked us to start straight away and then withdraw, you pay only a proportionate amount for the work done up to that point.
20. The client portal
We deliver and hold your work in a private client portal. The portal holds your codes, your direction, your content plan, campaigns, the topic library, the visual board and the files you upload.
Access is personal to the people on your side of the project. Each person has their own login, and logins are not shared between people.
How many people can hold a login depends on your plan.
We may correct content in the portal or restore an earlier version, for example to undo an edit made by mistake.
We may also change how the portal works, add or remove features, and take it offline for maintenance, where there is a good reason such as a security or legal requirement, a change by one of our providers, or a better way of doing the same thing.
A change like this costs you nothing more. If a change makes the portal meaningfully worse for you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you can end any paid plan from that date and get back what you paid for the period after it.
You are responsible for keeping your logins and the one-time codes we email to you safe, unless access was lost because of a failure on our side. Please tell us at yes@rebelmore.com if a login is being used by someone who should not have it.
If a login is shared, we will first ask you to stop. If it continues, we may suspend that login.
Suspending a login does not take away your material. It stays in the portal, and we will give you a copy if you ask.
What we delivered to you stays yours to use under the rights agreed for your project, whether or not you keep using the portal.
21. Portal plans and the subscription
Every client keeps the portal after the project on the included plan. The included plan limits how many campaigns can run at once and how many people can hold a login.
There is also an opt-in paid plan with higher limits, and a top plan where we plan your content month by month. Both are optional, and neither is needed to keep using what we delivered.
An opt-in plan is billed monthly in advance. The price and the limits that apply are the ones shown or confirmed in writing when you subscribe.
You can cancel at any time before the next renewal by writing to yes@rebelmore.com.
A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you are a business client, the period already running is not refunded.
If you are a consumer and you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, you can withdraw and we refund what you paid for that period, keeping only a proportionate amount for the days the plan was running.
After those 14 days, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded.
After cancellation you stay on the included plan and keep your portal within its limits.
Content that is over the included limits stays readable, but you may not be able to add more until you are back inside them.
If a monthly payment fails, we will tell you and may pause the paid plan. Your included plan continues.
We may change plan prices and limits. If a change is worse for you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and cancelling before it takes effect costs you nothing.
Changes to these Terms that affect your paid plan apply only after we have told you by email, and only from your next renewal. If you do not want them, you can cancel before then.
If you are a consumer, the section on the right of withdrawal for consumers still applies to you.
22. AI in the client portal
The client portal includes features that produce drafts with artificial intelligence, such as campaign guidance, drafts for single posts and new content ideas.
When you use one of these features, the portal sends your own material to an AI provider so a draft can be produced: your brand system, your content plan, your campaign briefs and your library entries.
Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent, to whom and on what legal basis.
Everything an AI feature produces is a draft. A person reads it and decides what happens next, and the portal never publishes anything on its own.
AI drafts can be wrong. They can miss context, misread a brief, repeat something out of date or leave out something that matters.
Where a draft needs a fact the portal does not hold, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets for you to fill in.
You are responsible for checking anything factual before you publish it, including numbers, dates, prices, claims about results, availability and anything a reader could rely on.
We do not promise that an AI draft is accurate, complete, original or suitable for your purpose, or that it meets the rules of any platform you publish on. It is a starting point, not a finished piece.
You decide what to publish, so we are not liable for your decision to publish a draft or for what follows from it. If you are a consumer, this does not reduce your rights when the portal itself is faulty, or when the loss was caused by our own failure to work with reasonable care.
AI features do not make decisions about you. They do not decide your plan, your prices, your access to the portal or anything else about you or your business.
AI features depend on a third-party provider, so we cannot promise that they will always be available or always behave the same way.
We may change, limit or remove AI features and the number of AI runs included in a plan, on the same terms as the other changes described in the section on the client portal.
If AI features stop being available, the rest of the portal keeps working and your material stays where it is.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in it affects mandatory consumer rights.
23. If we stop offering the portal
We may stop offering the portal. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 60 days before it closes.
Every paid plan ends on the closing date, and we charge nothing for any period after it.
Anything you have already paid for a period beyond the closing date is refunded pro rata.
Before the portal closes we will give you a PDF copy of your portal pages, the files we delivered to you, and the media you uploaded.
If you ask, we will also give you your own portal content in a common machine-readable file, at no cost to you.
Those files stay downloadable for at least 60 days after the portal closes.
This is what we do when we close the portal. It does not replace any remedy the law gives you if closing it means we did not deliver what you paid for.
You keep the right to use everything we delivered to you, on the terms agreed for your project. Closing the portal does not take that away.
If something outside our control makes 60 days' notice impossible, we will give as much notice as we can, refund in the same way, and still keep your files downloadable for 60 days.
24. What survives if the portal closes
Your rights in the work we delivered, on the terms agreed for your project, survive the portal closing and the end of any plan.
We keep your business information and the material you give us confidential, apart from the portfolio use described above, and that continues after the portal closes.
After the download period ends we may delete what is left in the portal. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you need another copy, ask us before the download period ends. Once data is deleted we may not be able to provide one.
The sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after the portal closes or a plan ends, in each case only as far as the law allows.
25. Email list and marketing
If you join our email list, you agree to receive emails from Rebel More Studio, including updates, launches, offers, content, boutique news and marketing communication.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at yes@rebelmore.com .

26. Privacy and cookies
Your use of this website is also covered by our:
Privacy Policy
Cookie Policy
These explain how we collect, use and protect personal data, and how cookies and similar technologies are used on the website.
27. Third-party links and tools
This website may include links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, payment providers, social media pages, embedded content, maps, videos, booking tools or other services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
28. No guarantees of results
Any examples, case studies, statements, testimonials or descriptions of services are provided for general information and illustration.
We do not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, branding, sales, audience growth or creative results.
Results depend on many factors, including business model, offer, audience, market, implementation, budget, consistency and external conditions.
29. What this advice is and is not
Everything Rebel More Studio produces is brand, marketing, creative and content advice. That includes strategy, positioning, brand and social codes, direction, content plans, campaigns, written copy, design, and anything drafted by the AI tools inside the client portal.
It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical or regulatory advice, and it is not a professional opinion in any of those fields.
Nothing on this website, in the client portal, in a proposal, a document, a presentation or an AI draft is a financial recommendation. It is not advice to make a particular commitment, to spend a particular amount, to price a particular way or to invest.
You decide what to do with our work, and you stay responsible for your own business. That includes your prices, your offer, your claims, your contracts, your products and your compliance with the law where you trade.
Where our work touches a regulated area, such as health, beauty treatments, food, supplements, finance, alcohol or the advertising rules in your market, you are responsible for checking that what you publish is allowed there.
Where a decision has financial, legal, tax or regulatory consequences, you should take your own professional advice before acting on it.
Our advice is based on the information you give us and on what is known at the time. If that information is incomplete or out of date, the conclusions drawn from it may be too.
This section explains what kind of advice you are getting. The section on results above explains what we do not promise it will achieve.
This section says what kind of advice we give. It does not reduce the care and skill we owe you in giving it.
30. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel More Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, reputation, audience, reach, search rankings, opportunity or goodwill.
If you are a business client, our total liability for all claims connected to the website, the client portal, our services or any product is limited to the amount you paid Rebel More Studio in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.
If you are a consumer, this cap does not apply. You keep the remedies the law gives you for our failure to perform, and nothing in these Terms reduces them.
You decide what you publish, so we are not liable for your decision to put something out under your name, including anything based on a draft, a plan, a suggestion or an AI output from the portal.
This does not cover loss caused by our own failure to work with reasonable care.
We are not liable for the acts or decisions of the platforms you publish on, including account suspension, content removal, changes to reach, ranking, features or rules, or the loss of an account or its audience.
We choose our hosting, mail, payment and AI providers with care. For business clients we are not liable for interruptions caused by them, or by anything else outside our reasonable control.
If you are a consumer, we stay responsible for the portal being what you paid for, whoever caused the problem.
We do not promise uptime. If the website or the portal goes down, we take reasonable steps to restore access as soon as we can and to keep your material safe.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for damage caused deliberately or by gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
31. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Rebel More Studio harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:
your misuse of the website
your breach of these Terms
materials or content you provide to us
your infringement of third-party rights
your unlawful or unauthorised use of our content, products or services
32. Changes to the website, services or products
We may update, suspend, remove or change any part of the website, services, products, prices, features or content at any time.
We are not liable if the website is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service issues or circumstances outside our control.
33. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
34. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional mandatory rights under your local consumer protection laws.
